Please ensure that all security tags remain attached and that shoes are trialed only on carpeted surfaces to maintain their pristine condition.

Log into your Savannahs account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original designer boxes and dust bags, then secure them inside the original shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-printed DHL or UPS return shipping label provided in your original package over the old delivery information, ensuring it is clearly visible.
Drop Off or Schedule
Drop your package at an authorized service point or contact the courier directly to schedule a complimentary collection at a time that suits your schedule.
